About Me
My background
I have always had a love for the arts, on my path I have learned all the different ways in which I can express and follow this passion.
My experience
As a college student I studied art and photography. I eventually changed my direction as I took interest in the hair and beauty industry for it's creative and artistic background. I studied and graduated from the Buffalo School of Cosmetology and went on to receive my license to practice.
My vision
My artistic ability and background greatly come into play for me in this business and give me an aesthetic perspective on all the work I do. My experience in painting helps me to look at hair as a canvas and my products as a palette. Just as well, my practice in drawing gives me an in depth understanding of the technique and skill behind makeup (highlighting, contouring, blending, symmetry, ect.), In all, I look at what I do as a form of art and work in that mindset.
